These terms govern the sale of goods through frute.cz between you and the seller below. By placing an order you agree to them.

The seller is Igor Martynov, IČO 29542880, Dandova 2619/13, 193 00 Praha 9 – Horní Počernice, Czech Republic. Contact: alaventus.official@gmail.com.
Order and contract
The products and prices shown on the site are an invitation to order. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order — normally by the confirmation email sent after successful payment.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Czech koruna (CZK). Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never receive your full card details. Your order is prepared once payment is received.
Delivery
Goods are shipped according to our Shipping & Payment terms, where delivery times and costs are stated.
Withdrawal and returns
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The procedure is described in our Returns & Withdrawal policy.
Defective goods
You have statutory rights if goods are defective. To file a claim (reklamace), email us at alaventus.official@gmail.com. Claims are handled under Czech law (Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection).
Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumer disputes may be settled out of court by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz).

These terms are governed by Czech law. We may update them; the version in force when you order applies. The current version is always available on this page.
