You can return goods bought online within 14 days. This page explains how.
14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
How to withdraw
Send us a clear statement by email to alaventus.official@gmail.com with your order number before the 14-day period ends. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not required.
Returning the goods
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice, clean, complete and ideally in the original packaging. Return address: Igor Martynov, IČO 29542880, Dandova 2619/13, 193 00 Praha 9 – Horní Počernice, Czech Republic.
Refunds
We refund all payments received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you prove you have sent them.
Return shipping cost
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Reduced value
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
Damaged or defective goods
If goods arrive damaged or defective, contact us at alaventus.official@gmail.com. This is separate from withdrawal and is handled under the statutory warranty.
