Privacy Policy

FRUTÉ (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data we process when you visit frute.cz or place an order, why we process it, and the rights you have. We keep data collection to a minimum — we don’t run our own customer database, so order and payment data is handled by Stripe.

What data we process
When you place an order, checkout is handled by Stripe. You enter your name, email, shipping address and payment details directly into Stripe’s secure checkout — we never see or store your card number. We receive only the information needed to fulfil and ship your order.
We use your email address to send an order confirmation through our email provider, Resend.
Analytics
We use OpenPanel, a privacy-first analytics tool, to understand how the site is used (for example, which pages are viewed). It is cookieless and collects aggregated, non-identifying data. Analytics runs only after you accept it in the banner — if you decline, no analytics is loaded.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser keeps a few functional items on your device: your chosen language (a NEXT_LOCALE cookie) and your shopping cart and selected scent (in local storage). These are required for the site to work and are not shared with anyone.
Your analytics choice is also stored in your browser so we don’t ask again on every visit.
Who we share data with
We share data only with the processors that make the shop work: Stripe (payments), Resend (order emails) and OpenPanel (analytics). Each acts under its own privacy policy and applicable data-processing terms. We never sell your data.
How long we keep data
Order and payment records are retained by Stripe for as long as required by law, including tax and accounting obligations. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form according to OpenPanel’s retention settings. Items stored in your browser remain until you clear them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at alaventus.official@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
International transfers
Our processors may store or process data outside the Czech Republic, including elsewhere in the EU and in the United States. Where data leaves the EU it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
